Ubud Private Tour & Driver
A day among the rice terraces, temples and village streets of central Bali. Choose the Ubud stops that interest you, with a private driver and time to enjoy them.

Your day, at a glance
Tegallalang rice terraces
Walk through the terraces, find a viewpoint and take a break overlooking the rice fields. Walking routes and attraction charges vary.
Tirta Empul temple
Explore the temple surroundings and learn about the sacred spring setting. If you want to take part in a purification ritual, ask about appropriate guidance and requirements.
Ubud town
Make time for the market area, palace surroundings or a relaxed lunch. Choose a few worthwhile stops rather than trying to see everything.
An optional final stop
Choose the Sacred Monkey Forest, an art village or a café, depending on your interests and the time available.
Before you go
Walking & access
Tell Simson about mobility needs and your preferred amount of walking before choosing stops.
What to bring
Bring water, sun protection and comfortable footwear. Check any temple dress requirements or activity equipment before your trip.
Tickets & extras
Parking and tolls are included. Attraction tickets, activities and meals are separate. Plan your route, pickup and return time with Simson.
Is this your kind of trip?
This is a useful starting point for a first Bali day trip. The route combines countryside and culture without committing you to a large group schedule. If you have already visited the headline sights, ask Simson to build the day around villages, galleries or a quieter countryside stop instead.
Good to know
Ubud traffic can be slow, particularly around the town centre. An earlier start usually gives you more room in the day. Wear suitable walking shoes; temple visits may require a sarong and modest clothing.
Make the day yours
Every tour is customisable and easy to plan with Simson. Choose your activities, add stops or slow the pace. Share your date, hotel or villa, passenger count and must-see stops. Simson will help you plan a route at your pace and confirm the driver hours and total price in IDR. Agree any entrance tickets, meals or activities separately before booking.
Your questions, answered
Can I change the stops on an Ubud tour?
Yes, use this itinerary as a starting point. Tell Simson which places matter most so he can confirm a workable route and quote.
Is the Monkey Forest included?
It is an optional stop, not an automatic inclusion. Confirm your chosen attractions, entrance fees and time allowance with Simson before booking.
We had a great day in Ubud with Simson. The car was very comfortable and the best we travelled in during our Bali holiday.
A good Bali day starts here.
Send Simson your dates and a few places you’d love to see. He’ll help you put the day together.
